Downing Avenue is a Texas-born candle brand rooted in simplicity and nostalgic scents. We hand pour every candle in small batches in Midland, Texas.
Our scents are fresh, soft and subtle, never overpowering. Inspired by open spaces, calm mornings and a slower way of living, each candle is made to feel like home.
Every part is chosen on purpose
The vessel: an 8.5 oz glass jar with a heavy base.
The wax: a coconut-soy wax blend.
The scent: specially selected oils. Every candle scent is burn-tested for 76 hours before it joins the line.
The wick: cotton, matched to the wax through testing, for about 40 hours of burn time.
Every scent is named and created by Misty, and every one is available all year. If it isn't on the shelf, we pour it for you.
