A flat $5.95 per order, no matter how many items you order.

Shipping times

• In stock: ships in 1 to 2 business days.
• Poured to order: ships in 5 to 7 business days, with a card showing the date your candle is ready to burn.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Every order is inspected before it ships. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email a photo to ondowningavenue@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it.

Returns

Because our candles are handmade, we can't accept returns of items that arrive undamaged or have been used. Sale items, customized items and gift cards are final sale. Read the full refund policy.
